Meet Karabo,

I am Karabo Masondo, a seasoned professional with nearly a decade of experience in the entertainment industry. With a proven track record of success, I have been at the forefront of some of the industry’s most noteworthy projects, including serving as Lebo M’s right-hand, contributing administratively to projects such as the production of the blockbuster movie Blended; Lebo M’s Coming Home Season 1 and leading the organization of the Legend of Tarzan Movie premiere in partnership with Ster Kinekor.

I have also played an instrumental role administratively in the development of The Women King project, among other notable ventures as part of the Lebo M Productions team. With this industry being my passion, I am poised to continue delivering outstanding results in the entertainment industry. My debut reality TV show, ‘Behind my Boss’ is intended to shed light on the prevalence of bullying in professional environments, and to provide a platform for those who have been impacted to share their stories.
